projects conducted in the Department of Computer Science at the
University of British Columbia. All rights of the source code
implementations are reserved by the authors. All packages are released
as they are. Emails asking for explanations might be ignored.
Comments and suggestions, if any, can be directed to the contact
author(s) of the corresponding paper(s).
Redistributions and use of them in source or binary forms, with or
without modification, are permitted provideded that the following
conditions are met:
- For academic purposes, proper acknowledgements must be made, and
the packages are used as "freeware" for which the authors do not hold
any
responsibility.
- For non-academic (commercial, or other profit-involving)
purposes, a special case-by-case permission of the authors must
be taken in advance.
