The Imager Journal Club

About the Imager Journal Club

The Imager Journal Club is a group of people (mainly Imager members) who get together once a week (for one hour) to discuss and present papers published in some computer graphics related journal. Each member of the club is assigned a journal which she/he is responsible to follow.

Goals of the Imager Journal Club

The four main goals for the Imager Journal Club meetings are defined as follows:

Format of the presentations

There will be two parts in the presentation. In the first part called "Table of Contents", 2 people will present the table of contents for the journals they are assigned to follow. Check on this list if you want to see when you are scheduled to present the Table of Contents for your journal.

The second part is the "Presentation/Discussion" part. One of the members will present a paper from his/her own interest, which may or not be from the specific journal that person is assigned to.

A list with a more detailed description of each journal in postscript format is also available here.

A list of the past meetings can be found clicking in (1994). Meetings for 1995 can be found in List of presentations during 1995.
