Czar of Czars

With the Faculty Overseer, the Czar of Czars helps to maintain the Czar system by:

Maintaining an up to date list of Imager students, their program of study and their departmental responsibilities
Periodically reviewing the list of Czarships to add new Czarships as needed and remove unneeded positions.
Filling any open Czarships that occur due to new positions or students graduating/leaving. Occasionally this may require shuffling of existing Czarships.
