• The intership requires 80% of the time be spend on the project. Since two of us share the intership, each of us needs to spend 40% of our time, which is 2 days each week, for the project. We are required to spend at least 50% of our time on site. Therefore, we decided to spend at least one day in the Company. We will be on site either on Friday, or on Tuesday.
• We went through the MD code and especially the parameterization part.
• There are two schemes we are considering for the parameterization: fluctuating charge model and electronegativity equalization model.
