What To Do If You Have A Technical Problem
If you run into a technical problem, these are the general steps you should follow:
Urgent:
1) Email
help@csDELETEthisTEXT.ubc.ca indicating that the issue is URGENT
2) For emergency after-hours issues which could potentially be addressed with Admin access, contact the Imager tech reps
Non-urgent:
1) Email
help@csDELETEthisTEXT.ubc.ca
2) If it is a long-term problem, if the issue could be addressed within the Imager lab, if
help@cs is unresponsive, or for any other concern you feel needs attention, add it to the open problems list for the
Imager-Tech group to discuss.
