  • Chief organizer & email: SSL czars Mahkameh Lakzadeh lmahkameh@gmailDELETEthisTEXT.com, Garrett Jones garrettljones@gmailDELETEthisTEXT.com
  • Location: Chez Tamara
  • Budget: $800-900

  • Alcohol supplied?: Yes
  • Type of food served:
  • Amounts of food ordered or requested: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AsIEmoVNSN8SdDY3WEdmSnZHaU0wb2REQUJvNF9VdHc&authkey=CIHRq7IE&hl=en#gid=2
  • Food sources: Candia for Greek restaurant food, CostCo and SaveOn for appetizers/snacks, Granville Island Brewery for beer/wine
  • Other: Held in January rather than December to avoid glut of Christmas celebrations and provide a break. Tamara fronted cash to organizers and got herself reimbursed.
  • Notes: The amount of restaurant food was good. Same for the addictive cream puffs, if we had just one box there would have been blood on the floor... We were over on most other things, including 6 bottles of pop, 3 bottles of wine, almost all of the snacks/appetizers like hummus and chips, half the keg of beer, and half the big sheet cake. So the moral of the story is we don't need much "party food" if we also have restaurant food, and Imager grads are not the hard-drinking types, at least not when at my house smile
