GeneralComments < LCI

   * The book is great! :)
   * In many cases, it appears "Chapter ??" or "Section ??"
   * On the left side of the text, sometimes there is "Excercise x.xx" corresponding to the text part which is related to a specific exercise. Just checking if this should be there (I haven't seen anything like that before).
