---+ !FoRGe: Focussed Reading Groups *What is a !FoRGe?* A new format and style for organizing reading groups that the Software Practices Lab is trying out in 2006. A Focussed Reading Group (or "FoRGe" for short) focusses on a particular topic or related set of topics for a short period of time. The time is not exactly determined and may differ from topic to topic (depending on how quickly we run out of steam) but around 6 weeks seems like a good target. Since !FoRGes are focussed to particular topics, people can join (or not) when they are interested in a topic (or not). Potentially several !FoRGes could run concurrently if there is enough interest. ---++ Upcoming !FoRGes * [[Web Programming FoRGe]]: starts after reading break. ---++ Suggested !FoRGes Have a good idea for a forge? Just insert them in the space below. You may also start building a Wiki page for your FoRGe where you can collect ideas, papers etc. * [[Implementations of AOP]] * [[Mining of Software Repositories]] * [[Evaluation of Software Tools]]
