How to Add a Design Rule

1. Find an existing design rule to use as a template.
2. Click "Edit".
3. Copy the contents of the edit box.
4. Go to the DesignRulesRepository
5. Select Edit
6. Add a new design rule (simply type it's topic title as a WikiWord where you want it in the list) and save.
7. Click on the new design rule link to create its page.
8. Paste your template into the edit box.
9. Edit at will (and don't forget to save
