Nowruz(~March 21) is the first day of Spring and also Persian new year. It has been celebrated by Iranians and many other nations for over 3000 years. In this talk, we are going to learn more about Nowruz, its origin, and some of the traditions related to it, such as "haftsin" tabletop. There will be a short introduction to different parts of Iran as well. So, if you are interested in history, knowing about different cultures, Iran, or Spring, I encourage you to come.
