Difference: DifficultTimes (1 vs. 2)

Revision 22005-06-03 - RobertBridson

Line: 1 to 1

META TOPICPARENT name="LifeTips"

Resources

  • Dealing with problems alone is hard; talking to others almost always helps a lot.
Changed:
<
<
  • UBC employees can get free short-term counseling (half a dozen sessions?) through Interlock, 604-431-8200, at very short notice. You can also call 1-800-663-9099 24 hours a day to speak to a counsellor if you need to. And don't be discouraged if the first person you see isn't a good "fit"; it's no problem to ask for someone different and the benefit from finding someone better for you can be enormous.
