---++ Duties
With the Faculty Overseer, the Czar of Czars helps to maintain the Czar system by:

   * Maintaining an up to date list of Imager students, their program of study and their departmental responsibilities
   * Periodically reviewing the list of Czarships to add new Czarships as needed and remove unneeded positions.
   * Filling any open Czarships that occur due to new positions or students graduating/leaving.  Occasionally this may require shuffling of existing Czarships.
