Hobbies
For about 5 or 6 years of my life I played KBH, first as part of the Boston University's team then as a captain of the Lynntai team. KBH is a form of intercollegiate improvisational comedy theater competition. Historically, this has been the primary extracurricular activity of college students throughout the former Soviet Union. The competition is based on intellectual witty humor under a given theme, combined with song and dance. The winner is determined by a panel of judges, usually comprised of well-known celebrities and writers. During the past ten years, this essential part of the Russian culture has spread, along with the flow of emigration, to numerous countries worldwide, including Israel, Germany, Australia, Portugal, and of course the United States. The description of KBH above was taken from the official page of KaBH, a project functioning under umbrella of KBH America Organization for Amateur Arts and Creative Competitions.
