Project Manager/Leader (Junior)

Knowledge of, and direct experience applying all phases of fundamental project management concepts to large-scale, complex projects.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with political astuteness.
Experience in public safety radio, telecommunications, or IT infrastructure.
Ability to build reports supporting decision-making on project scope, schedule, and cost.

Telecommunications and Radio Network Experience
Demonstrated experience in public safety radio or telecommunications projects.
Familiarity with large and complex projects and stakeholder management in the public sector.
Knowledge of network design, implementation, and operations.
Experience in strategic and operational public sector governance models.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
Proactive identification of risks, issues, and solutions.
Building reports for decision-making on project scope, schedule, and cost.
Accurate documentation of issues and development of mitigation strategies.
