Systems Analyst (Intermediate)
Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a System Analyst. As a System Analyst where you have experience in analyzing, designing, and developing data capture applications, as well as in QA methodologies, including writing and executing test cases. They should be skilled in interacting with system users to gather business requirements and capable of analyzing and validating technical data outputs. Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COT) solutions and DevOps tools is a plus. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with IT teams, clients, and vendors. Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must-Have:
Experience in technical design use cases, flexibility matrices, and data, with a focus on image processing solutions.
Proficiency in the analysis, design, and development of data capture applications, including the testing process.
Experience interacting with system users to gather business requirements and contribute to project development.
Ability to analyze, map, and validate technical data output from a system integration perspective.
Familiarity with COT solutions and Quality Assurance methodologies.
Nice to Have
Experience with DevOps tools.

Experience in testing using imaging and data capture solutions.

Effective and professional communication with IT team members, IT partners, ministry clients, and vendors.
