Systems Testing/QA Specialist (Intermediate)
Ontario Government client is actively seeking a System Testing / QA Specialist. As a System Testing / QA Specialist where you have experience in developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, including automation scripts using tools like Selenium. Technical expertise in BPM 8.6 and SOAP/Rest UI Backend testing is highly valued. Public sector experience is a plus. Key evaluation criteria include QA skills, automation testing proficiency, technical skills, defect management capabilities, and strong communication skills.
Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.
Must Haves:
Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in all functions of system testing
Experience in Agile test methodology
Proficiency in documenting UAT artifacts and test cases in detail
Development of Test Cases, Strategies, and Plans
Ability to plan and develop Test Plans and Cases ensuring alignment with business and technical specifications
Execution and analysis of automation test results
Knowledge of testing applications in BPM 8.6 and SOAP/Rest UI Backend testing

Proficiency in defect management tools like Rational Team Concert and Rational Quality Manager
