Going Above and Beyond Award

They were the first to arrive at the scene of a flood in the department. They worked together to move all equipment that was affected (and might be) by water. They went above and beyond to address the difficulties with Building Ops, Dell, North West Micro, which often led to playing multiple roles outside their scope of duties. On the ground, they made sure everything was done within their abilities to support our students and faculty, including working to relocate people and even assisting in packing up belongings. 

Doing all this while still maintaining service to the department in their day-to-day tasks truly does exemplify going above and beyond.
