Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a System Analyst. As a System Analyst where you have experience in IBM Web Content Management and Wireframe updates, you'll ensure compliance with stringent OPS standards on security, privacy, and accessibility. Your role involves collaborating with multi-ministry teams, conducting design walkthroughs, and producing vital technical documentation for seamless project execution.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must Haves:

  • Hands-on intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management.

  • Extensive experience updating Wireframes based on BRD.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Crystal reports.

  • Ability to prepare detailed analyses ensuring compliance with OPS standards on security, privacy, and accessibility.

  • Proficiency in conducting Design Walkthrough sessions and producing Technical and Application Design Documents.

  • Understanding of systems environments, business analysis, and change management in integrated multi-ministries’ government services projects.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge and experience with Government Payment Gateway.

  • Experience with ServiceOntario's Driver, Vehicle, and Health Card web portal services.

Criteria:

  • Technical Skills:

    • Intensive experience with IBM Web Content Management.

    • Hands-on involvement with IBM Urban Code deployments and SOA applications in a J2EE portal environment.

    • Proficiency in setting up Development, Staging, and User Acceptance Testing Environments.

    • Familiarity with database management systems and application database administration.

  • System/Business Analyst Experience:

    • Proficiency in preparing detailed analyses and ensuring compliance with OPS standards.

    • Experience in Quality Assurance Testing, Documentation, and Knowledge Transfer.

    • Ability to conduct Design and Code-level Walkthrough sessions.

    • Understanding of systems design, development, programming concepts, and related methods.

  • Project Experience:

    • Knowledge and experience with Government Payment Gateway.

    • Previous involvement with ServiceOntario's Driver, Vehicle, and Health Card web portal services.
